Their various talents are combined in a different way in each project. Responsible and committed, they creatively and effectively achieve targets and defend their opinions with confidence. They always show a high level of team spirit and customer orientation
in their collaboration. Flexibility in working on-site with the customer is a must.
The ability to think and act in a businesslike way is essential.

Abilities
A wide knowledge base is essential if advice for risklab's customers is to be successful. Prospective staff members should have a Masters Degree or Diploma in (Economic) Mathematics, (Economic) Information Technology, Financial Engineering, Asset Management, Business Administration or a related subject from a leading university. An in-depth knowledge of stochastics, statistics, numerical analysis, optimization and financial mathematics is a basic requirement. A sound knowledge of and keen interest in financial markets are essential. You will ideally already have had practical experience in Investment Banking or Asset Management. Your knowledge of the sector will be complemented by solid presentation and negotiating skills.
