Career
Review System
You plan your own career with us together with a mentor. Your mentor
will be one of our most experienced staff members (Director or Managing
Director) and will help you to develop your personal and professional
strengths and to achieve your goals. The concept of "Mentoring"
is part of our "Career Review System", which is intended
to guide and encourage the further development of our staff. Your
goals for the next year will be defined and the extent to which you
have achieved last year's targets will be discussed in job appraisal
meetings held at least once a year. The development of your career
will to a significant extent depend on the achievement of these goals
and your performance. Your performance will be assessed by means of
an extensive appraisal procedure. You will typically move through
a number of career levels during your career with us. Each level will
have its own particular features and demands.

for our staff is essential if we are to be able to continue to truthfully

Seminars and conferences
Specialist and market know-how is kept constantly up to date by attending
courses and conferences. We also invest in personal development courses.
Conference speakers
risklab supports staff who present their ideas and opinions
as speakers at international conferences and who are frequently in
dialog with customers and other experts.
In house training
risklab's Knowledge Centers form the basis for knowledge transfer
within the company. Open access to knowledge for as many staff as
possible does not just extend the knowledge base of the staff, but
also keeps knowledge in the company. |
